Swim Paddles Strokemaker Hand Paddles

The Strokemaker Hand Paddles can be used in all four competitive strokes. Strokemakers are engineered to improve your swimming stroke while limiting stress on your shoulders. The Strokemaker Hand Paddles are also useful for water aerobics, synchronized swimming and some medical rehabilitation due to their ability to increase strength and sculling abilitites.

The Strokemaker Hand Paddles work to improve your stroke in the following ways:

• Increase distance per stroke by inhibiting early recovery
• Strengthen swimming specific muscles as well as muscles used in propulsion
• The holes and flexible design of the swim paddle improves the swimmers feel of the water
• Paddles exaggerate to the swimmer both correct and incorrect movements

Sizing Note:

• Size 0: Ages 5-10 and all ages as finger tip paddles.

• Size 0.5: Ages  8-11 year old age-groupers, female masters, synchro, and all ages finger tip paddles or higher tempo drills.

• Size 1: Ages 9-13 year old age-groupers, high school girls, younger high school boys, smaller/less experienced masters and triathletes, young synchro swimmers, water aerobics/rehab, secondary stroke swimmers who wear a #2 for Freestyle, and high tempo drills. Also great for use in Swim Run races and training.

• Size 2: Older age-groupers, younger high school boys, older high school girls (freestyle), college men (strokes)/women(free), masters, triatheletes, synchro and water aerobics/rehab. Also great for use in Swim Run races and training

• Size 3: Senior national level girls, older high school boys, strong college women (free), college men (free/stroke), strong male masters/triathletes, synchro, water aerobics/rehab and body surfing. Also great for use in Swim Run races and training.

• Size 4:  Senior national level men, college men, very strong college women, advanced male triathletes/masters, technique and cycle count drills for advanced swimmers, water aerobics/rehab and body surfing.

• Size 5: Suggested for very strong college men, advanced/strong male masters and triathletes, technique and cycle count drills for advanced swimmers, water aerobics/rehab and body surfing
